The 13th International Karate Friendship Tournament will be held in Miyazaki, Japan in October 2011. This will include USKU participants from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Philippines and more…

The Universal Shotokan Karate Union ‘Textbook 1′ has been published and is now available to order. Ask your USKU instructor about details on how to obtain your copy.

This textbook has been produced exclusively for the USKU group with the content and publication overseen by our USKU Chief Director, Kenichi Fukamizu Kanchou.

The textbook covers Kihon, Heian Kata and Tekki Kata and provides a good photo reference and breakdown to assist with your Shotokan Karate training.
